After working the K-Crane, I had the realization that we could work into leg locks from the Crane Pass. Once we started practicing it, me and Alvin both wondered why it didn't occur to us sooner. You can enter by going for a back step pass, or if they opponent holds on to your ankle, you can step over. Either way, you will be landing into a saddle position and be in dominant leg entanglement.
