How to control seated Mount
Need Help? Email: info@ffacoach.com
All of the smash passes can finish in the mount, so Rafael Lovato has a particular way of controlling mount to maximize his leverage in this position. Rather than rushing to get low and close, he opts to stay seated and tall, but focusing on keeping his hips heavy over his opponent's hips. This allows you to stay in good striking range and maintain control.
