Timing is everything with this technique. Very simple and highly effective. When the opponent jabs slip the head to the outside while going for a head outside single leg shot. Back straight, head up to avoid the choke and cross arms behind the calf while stepping your outside leg 1/4 back and digging the shoulder into the leg to finish the shot. Perfect drill to work countering the strikes with a takedown and work on timing as well. Enjoy!!!
