The Y-Choke is a move I came up with over a decade ago, maybe even 2 decades ago. I have never seen it taught anywhere else even to this day, so it's another one of my home brew techniques that I have used over the years.
Like many moves, sometimes it falls out of style for me and I forget about using it, especially since I'm busy using the Kimura all the time, lol! But this is a good one, and can work well in combination with our rolling sweep.
