The Under Hook Pin is a great way of attacking someone from top half guard for MMA, as it gives you an easy to setup pin with a good angle for elbows. This particular pin is a short lived pin, but the good part is that you can just keep doing it over and over. We also have a secondary option with the under hook pin, which allows us to pass the guard right into the crucifix pin.
