Half Guard Under Hook Escape
Need Help? Email: info@ffacoach.com
The Under Hook Escape is a must know stand up for any martial artist. For MMA, half guard can be a strong top position to work from, which makes escaping important. Using the power of the under hook, you can work your way up to your feet and often times come up with a better position or a well timed exit strike. One of the key things to keep yourself out of danger is to make sure that you can keep your head safe by either staying under his chin or on his temple.
