Crucifix Leg Hook to Back Mount
Need Help? Email: info@ffacoach.com
That's a long name, but we have a few moves going on back to back. Once we establish the back crucifix, we can then move to an even tighter crucifix by using a leg hook. Once that leg hook is in place, the bottom player is in all sorts of problems. It is a very difficult position to escape, as now both their shoulders and hips are locked up.
This is when we can utilize the butt roll to take their back. What is nice about this setup is that the opponent's arm will be trapped as you take the back, leaving them with little recourse but to tap.
