The reverse Kimura is a sneaky tool from the guard that isn't often used. As a submission, I find it to be somewhat weak. But as a grip, I do enjoy using it quite a lot, especially for sweeps. In particular, the flower sweep with a reverse Kimura grip is very powerful. If you land strong like I did, you'll have a really powerful mount with all sorts of finishing options.
