The Knee Shield can be a tricky guard to work against. It gives the bottom player a strong frame, allowing them to manage distance very well. The Sprawl Pass is meant to crush the knee shield. Your sprawl will minimize the defense the knee shield provides, allowing you to pass by circling over towards his head, or jumping to the back.
