Kimura Counter to Back Body Lock
Need Help? Email: info@ffacoach.com
One of my favorite traps to play is the Kimura against the back body lock. People often get excited and drop their guard when they get behind their opponent. That can be a big mistake, especially with a Kimura master. There’s actually five different throws we can get into here, I preview the first three: O Goshi (hip throw), harai goshi (hip sweep), and tai otoshi (foot sweep).
