You don’t want to be that person that resists every move taught during the learning and drilling phase. Guys and gals, you got to trust your instructor! You pay them good money… have confidence in what they’re teaching, or find someone you do have confidence in. It’s important to let your partners gain confidence in the new move so that they can move on to drilling it more and then attempting it during live training… but if you torpedo their confidence within their first few reps, they’re not nearly as likely to attempt the move.Sorry, you must be logged into an account with proper access to view this content.
