The Double Leg is the first take down you will learn in wrestling, so it's no surprise that we see just about everyone shot doubles. Just like the single leg, you can also Kimura Trap them from the Double.
In this first version, we are going to stop the shot, then go into a guard Kimura. We will have some starting momentum, so we should get into a nice deep Kimura off the drop.
