Switch from Turtle
Need Help? Email: info@ffacoach.com
The Switch is the classic wrestling reversal. As the name implies, you will switch positions with your opponent once you complete the motion. I like the Switch a lot, because it is a relative of the Kimura. Nearly every position you can hit a Switch from, you can also hit a Kimura. Sometimes when a Kimura doesn't work, a Switch does. So they are a good pair to know and have in your back pocket.
