A good wrestler may be able to sense you are trying to Switch them and circle with you as you try to sit through. You will end up in what is known in wrestling as the Sit Out.
Because in MMA and BJJ we can choke, we have to make sure we keep control of our opponent's tight waist hand so they don't get any ideas of choking us. We can then go into a Hip Heist, a classic escape from the Sit Out.
